From The Lonestar To The Gulf Coast
What happens when big hearted Texans open their recording studios to musicians evacuated from hurricane Katrina. A great CD with 16 tracks by 16 different artists. Half from New Orleans half from Texas. Everything on this CD was donated from the studio time to publishing to the graphics. Many of these songs were written after Katrina. All the songs reflect different stages of emotion relating to the dealing with Katrina. All proceeds go to help gulf coast musicians rebuild their lives.

Rabadash Records - Still Standin' - 25 Years Of New Orleans Roots Music
  1.   Everything I Do Gonh Be Funky (2:23) The Rockin’ Jake Band
Rabadash Records has been a mainstay in New Orlean's music scene for 25 years. I am sure that these heart-felt tracks, played by some well-known musicians and many others that should be, will convince even far more objective pairs of ears than mine of the fact that Rabadash has documented some great music and excellent songwriters. Hopefully, you will agree these songs and artists deserve your further listening. - Ruud Heijjer.
